The Norite camera is a 5 megapixel camera with CMOS global shutter technology in a 1”opticalformat. For developers of multi-camera systems, such as side-view cameras for 3D metrology,the Norite cameras offer reduced system complexity while increasing throughput
The frame rate of theNorite cameras is such that it canmatch withthe higherresolution top-view camera, to provide the synchronized acquisition of allcameras to maximize system throughput. By using programmable region of interestthe frame rate canbe furtherincreased or used to optimizesystem cost.
The small camera outline enables a compact detection head outline and ensuresfull mobilityin the system. The flexiblecables and reduced number ofcables via the CoaXPressinterface further enhances movability while lowering cabling costs and EMCrisks
Norite cameras are designed to work togetherto simplifyeasy itegrationonsystem level andcontrol the entire camera system through one user interface. Multi-camera systems using Norite cameras eliminate the constraints with CameraLink- andUSB 3.0 Vision-based systems.
